Catch Ball / Hoshin Kanri (Virtual Class)

Hoshin Kanri is a Lean Strategic Planning tool. Hoshin Kanri applies Lean principles and practices to enterprise planning. Catch Ball is embedded within Strategic Planning (Hoshin Kanri) as a practice of designing discrete components of the plan by sharing ideas and “tossing” them back and forth to create a better plan (playing catch with ideas).
This Catchball/Hoshin Kanri workshop will touch upon:
Prerequisite: None, although this workshop is targeted towards individuals whose responsibilities include leading change.
What to Bring: Paper, pencil and a willingness to share how change is managed within your organization
Fees: Free to EV-HPEC member organizations; $125 per person for non-member organizations.
