McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is a 113-bed acute care hospital located in Springfield. It has served patients throughout Lane County since it opened in May 1955. Services include general medical, surgical, cardiac cath lab, open heart surgery, da vinci robotic surgery, obstetrical / gynecological, 24-hour emergency department / Level III Trauma Center, diagnostic imaging, pediatrics, impatient / outpatient rehabilitation (physical / occupation / speech therapy), and respiratory care. Since 2004, McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center has added a Sleep Center, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Heart Center and da vinci minimally invasive robotic surgery to the long list of services provided.
