Farmington Square Residential & Memory Care offers a community style setting that gives our residents the comfort of knowing that there are trained staff members always close by, ready and willing to help. We provide delicious home-style meals, life enriching activities, and a reliable and courteous staff. We have three separate cottages, each for a different level of capability: Assisted Care (higher need assisted living); Memory Enhanced Care and Memory Care. Farmington Square is a pioneer in providing care for those with Alzheimer's and other forms of memory loss. We also offer Day Services and Respite Care. We look forward to serving you.
