I've used these guys twice and have had a seamless experience each time. Efficient and super friendly. I'm big on customer service and from the initial phone call to the pick up, everything was perfect.

We needed a few pieces of furniture hauled away plus a few miscellaneous things like a large treadmill and some flooring materials. Making an appointment online was super easy. I had to change our appointment day, so I called and the person I spoke with was friendly and efficient. Today, two young men came out with smiles on their faces, ready to work. We went over what needed to be moved, they gave me a quote and got to work. It took them less than half an hour to get it all done, and then they charged me way less than the quote! They were very neat, respectful of me, my pets, my property and the job I needed to have done. It is rare to see young men with such a friendly disposition that also have a great work ethic for a very strenuous job. I highly recommend this company and we will absolutely be hiring them again!!

My husband was a collector of anything that he could imagine might be usable. For 30 years, stuff went into our garage and after he died, I called Junkluggers to come and clean it out. I chose Junkluggers because of their mission to minimize the amount of waste going into the landfill and to donate as much as possible. I can't stand the idea of thing going into the ground that could be recycled or used by someone. Altogether I met 7 of the staff every one of them was not only prompt and efficient but very enjoyable to work with.

Junkluggers came in and did a great job doing a move-out junk removal. The mess in our old house was just overwhelming and I felt so relieved to be able to have someone to come take care of it without feeling judged or shamed--it's really hard when things have gotten out of hand. Caitlyn was easy to talk to and setting up times for them to come was easy. Everyone was very friendly and professional, they arrived on time, and they were great to work with.

Super happy with not only the job they did but for the awesome communication!!!! I felt safe and secure the entire time they were at my house! They wore masks even though I said they didn't have to. They were fast, efficient and priced appropriately!!! I love the fact that they donate anything they can save from the landfill! I'm definitely going to call them back!!!! Thanks guys! You rock!!!!!!

This company is awesome.
I needed to clean out a relative's home after their passing, and Junkluggers was great every step of the way. Good communication leading up the appointment, very professional friendly service the whole way through, honest estimates and great work. The owner worked directly with me to set up payment method when I was going to be out of town on their second trip (there were a lot of things to cart away) to finish the job.
I love their commitment to keeping as much as possible out of landfills through the idea of Donate-Recycle-Landfill, and I got a PDF of the donation receipt for my taxes just a couple weeks after the clean-out.
If you have a big clean-up job, furniture removal, anything of the sort, these are great people that are worth it.

Honest & upfront about costs. They give you an estimate petite they pick up items. If you say no, they say goodbye & politely leave. Yes? They get to work immediately .

Let's start at the beginning: I called the 800 number to get info on a complicated junk hauling job. Professional and upfront conversation, but I wasn't ready to start. Couple of days later, the owner of the local Junkluggers called to followup if I had additional questions. (I'm guessing it's a franchise, so you get the best of the national know-how, plus diligence and care of a local ownership) Turned out I did have some hesitation, so we scheduled a in-person estimate of the job. The team of Kendra and Doug showed up, we walked the entire job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. From their photos, an estimate arrived hours later. It was fair, affordable and clearly explained and I accepted. Smooth, transparent and written so there would not be any surprises. (I hate surprises!)

Clean-up day arrived as agreed and four Junkluggers came to do the job with a big clean truck. (Professional). They loaded junk and sorted out recycling, wood, metal, items to donate to charity which took them more time, but didn't cost more to me. Good community-conscious company!! They worked HARD, lugging all kinds of my debris & junk away. Some companies may have walked away when it got even harder, but not Junkluggers! They did what they said they would do. And they did a wonderful job!! Really above and beyond my expectations!!
