Event Description: Engagement seems to be today’s buzzword, whether you’re presenting/curating or managing a digital brand (or both). With the maturation of our digital lives now competing with our analog selves, this has changed our expectations and experiences in how we “consume” everything from art to orange juice. How do arts organizations react to these changes, interact with our patrons, and design new experiences?
