Event Description: 2014 Wedding Season Kicks-Off In Style at the Oregon Wedding Showcase in Eugene Eugene, OR – The Oregon Wedding Showcase for 2014 is proof positive that “everything old is new again.” The trend for 2014 weddings is classic fashions with lace but the other wedding details span the spectrum from classic to contemporary. Now in its 14th year, the event is Eugene’s largest exhibition of bridal fashion, photography, catering, honeymoon travel, and “everything wedding” and will set the tone for the 2014 wedding season (July-September in Oregon). The Oregon Wedding Showcase in Eugene will run January 18th and 19th at the Lane Events Center. The event is expected to draw more than 1500 visitors. Tickets will be $9.00 at the door, with advance-purchase coupons available at select vendors as well as online. One of the most popular highlights of the show are the bridal fashion shows, where brides and their friends can get a first look at the newest trends with two shows daily at 12:30 & 3:00. The Bridal Fashion Show will repeat four times over the two days. Visitors will have the chance to meet more than 80 bridal experts offering a wide variety of wedding related businesses. Brides will find wedding services they never may have dreamed of such as honeymoon planning, wedding weight loss programs, and a bridal lounge area.
