Hoshin Kanri is a Lean Strategic Planning tool. Hoshin Kanri applies Lean principles and practices to enterprise planning. Expanding Lean beyond manufacturing and service operations into Design, Procurement, Finance and Sales and Marketing.
This Hoshin Kanri workshop will touch upon:
Prerequisite: None, although this workshop is targeted towards individuals whose responsibilities include leading change.
Ideal attendees are: Organizational Leaders, Managers, and Lean Leaders.
What to Bring: Paper, pencil and a willingness to share Lean is used in your organization.
Fees: Free to EV-HPEC member organizations; $125 per person for non-member organizations.
