RAIN Final Presentations:
Join us as we celebrate the graduation of Regional Accelerator and Innovation Network (RAIN)'s newest cohort. Nine promising startup companies in fields ranging from beauty supplements to business intelligence software are the fourth graduates of the RAIN Eugene Accelerator. After completing a rigorous program to prepare them for the challenges of the market, the companies will pitch their business plans to the community.
Keynote Speaker Scott Andes:
This event will provide the unique opportunity to hear from international innovation district expert Scott Andes, of the Brookings Institution, as he discusses his research, shares success stories of innovation districts across the country, and provides next steps for Eugene to create their own hub where leading-edge anchor institutions and companies can connect with start-ups, business incubators, and accelerators.
You'll leave this event educated about the potential for an innovation district in Eugene and excited about the growing startup ecosystem!
