Northwest Business Development Association (NWBDA) provides long-term small business loans at low, fixed rates to help stimulate job creation and economic growth in the regions we serve. NWBDA is a non-profit, Certified Development Company (CDC) licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to partner with lenders to provide SBA 504 financing for owner-occupied commercial real estate.
