BRING is one of the oldest non-profit resource conservation organizations in the nation, providing inspiration, education, and opportunity to reduce waste. Our program areas are: • Reuse: BRING collects and sells an extensive assortment of reusable building and industrial materials. Our reuse store saves hundreds of tons of resources and energy each year and helps support our education programs. • Education – BRING teaches the 4-Rs in Lane County classrooms; lead tours of community waste handling facilities for children and adults; provides information and referral services; and produces the annual BRING Home & Garden Tour: the Art of Sustainable Living. • RE:think Business – We provide free confidential advice, support, and practical steps toward saving energy and resources. BRING serves: • 55,000 customers, including many low-income, elderly and disabled. • 8,000+ Lane County school children, participating in our education programs.
