Since 2012, Specialty Athletic Training has been providing personal training services tailored exclusively for individuals with disabilities. We have successfully implemented unique fitness and athletic programming that infuses humor, camaraderie, and a collegial environment to encourage fitness as fun and recreational, while also being stamina and self-esteem building. By giving this community access to fitness, we're also educating them on healthy lifestyle choices and the value of life-long fitness regiments on overall health. Specialty Athletic Training was created to fill gaps for those who fall within the disabilities catchment and community. Our focus is on our clients' well-being and longevity. We are passionate about the positive effects that exercise can have in the lives of our clients and their families.
