SmartUps Networking - Get out of the Building & Listen to Customers Thursday, February 27th from 5:00p.m. - 7:30p.m. Oregon Electric Station, Jazz Room 27 E. 5th Street, Eugene
Customer development is both a challenge and an opportunity. If pitching a product implies knowledge about the right solution for a customer then understanding the customer problem can create the most refined pitch and aid the vetting process.
Don’t waste time building something people don’t want (or at least not enough of them). Start overcoming mental blocks that keep interaction with customers in short supply and begin to build a framework around learning, not pitching.
